Grebe, on the Helford is one of those hidden gems that feels untouched, as if you've stumbled into a secret sacred corner of Cornwall. Everything felt gentle and calm, like the land itself was breathing. The trees are what stayed with me most. They’re big, strong, weathered by years of coastal wind, and yet there’s such gentleness in them. They don’t dominate the landscape they hold it. They feel like guardians: gentle giants. That sense of strength with softness really resonates with me, and it reminds me so much of Cornwall as a whole.
